1. As a condition for concluding the contract, the customer must present valid ID, deposit and the total rental amount, as stated above, in cash upon receipt of the stroller.
2. The Contract is concluded for the fixed term specified above. If the Renter does not return the stroller no later than the day after the end of the rent according to the rent agreement, the renter is obliged to pay the rent in full up to and including the day of returning the stroller to the owner.
3. In case of early return, the Renter is not entitled to a refund of part of the rental fee. Handover and return between 20:00 and 06:00 is for a fee of 15 €.
4. The Owner will return the deposit to the Renter if the Renter returns the stroller undamaged, in perfect and clean condition. The owner is entitled to use this refundable deposit or part of it for any repairs or cleaning of the stroller.
5. The Renter is responsible for any damage caused to the stroller. In the event of loss or theft of the stroller, the Renter agrees to compensate the damage in the contractual amount of 330 €.
6. The Renter is not entitled to make any changes or modifications to the stroller.
7. The Renter confirms by his/her signature that:
- All information provided to the owner is true.
- He inspected the stroller, tried it out and familiarized himself with the rules of use. The owner is not responsible for any injuries that may occur while using the stroller.
- The Renter has read these Rental Terms and Conditions and accepts them without reservation.
